关于口语part3和part4~~~~~

我想问口语回答应该向longman听力答案里说的一样，说

the reading passage describes blabla（综合阅读内容）

in the listening passage the students discuss ...（综合听力内容）吗？

因为og的示范答案好像没有这些东西~~

而且听到问题的第一反应好像就是说答案，答案通常都只在听力文档里~~
但是不说原文好像少了点context~~

请问哪种是正确的呢？？

先说阅读材料 再说听力内容

比如第3题：the school is planning....for 2 reasons,one is....,the other is ....(阅读材料内容)

                 In the listening material, the man disagree with the policy because ....
