There is no way I could write so much as a postcard without having my own name on it.

我想是个比较结构：

There is no way I could write so much as （I could write) a postcard without having my own name on it.

as much as 就是像...那么多的意思，第一个as 是adv, 第二个as是conj.全句的意思是：要是没要我的名字在上头，要我写像在postcard上写的那么多，没门！

这是《英语世界》里面的一个句子，按照上面的解释，应该还是把as much as 当作副词处理比较正确。

so much as 还有“甚至，连...都不”的意思，做副词用

He wouldn't so much as look at me.
他甚至连看都不看我一眼
