答案是E，疑惑的是D中的除了are often改变了句意之外，是不是把前部分的is位置改一下可以是正确的？变成 how frenquently the inventory is turned over can be
正确答案没有用被动，我感觉应该是要被动的呀... 求解，感激不尽~

Inventory 是被顾客turn over的，但是，如果用被动语态的话，读上去很awkward。而主动语态要更加合适些。

the inventory turns over 表示存货周转。没有被动语态的用法。

这题我也选了D，看着D比E更顺眼。
看来关键还是对存货周转这个没有概念。。。
