问题如下：

如果选C的话，那么as compared to的逻辑主语是谁呢？是后面的the ration吗？解释中说省略了主语和系动词，如何补出呢？

另问：(1)CEO's 是表示CEO的复数？还是所有格？从句意上来看应是复数吧？可是复数有这样表示法的啊？

(2) as compared to的用法好像很少看到？怎么用？

(3) compared to 和 compared with到底在gmat考试中有没有区别？

as compared to是固定用法，表示'与...比较'，这个查一下字典就有，不举例了

that, on average, CEO’s now earn 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers, a ratio that compares to 42 times in 1980就好理解了：与1980年的42倍相比，现在CEO挣的是蓝领的419倍。逻辑主语我也就不用说了。

问题好像并没有解答啊，C选项是as compared to，the ratio。。。如何理解？

期待牛牛解答，compare一定不能用主动语态吗？该题在gwd1-q7中的给的答案是b,因为c 中的代词their,指代ceo 还是workers,根据指代原则 是否有限指代主语ceos而不是比较成分中的workers.而b中的 a ratio that compares to 42 times 不是gamc中比较喜欢的同位语吗？有点分不清主次了，到底哪个是比较满意的答案呢？
