1、 根据lead的用法

显然这里用前者，那么排除A/B/C。
2、 因为E中be called by the name of是unidiomatic的说法，所以排除E，选D。
对于正确答案我是没有什么异议。只是在这5个答案里用到了三种表达“人体试验”的方法，我不是很清楚他们之间的区别，想向各位请教。他们是：

这三种用法都对吗？还是有对有错？
