D and E are definitely wrong due to the incorrect usage of 'as' and 'like'.

C does sounds right too. 'so have' does parallel with the present tense

A didn;t have parallel structure either. 'Similar to + n, + clause'. It is weird.

similar to不能放在句首

另外，把比较对象放在最后比较好，因为这样可以消除是 consumer  and （producer prices） 还是（consumer  and producer prices）的歧异
