一个句子的时态表达

请教NN们，这里的to be doing是什么时态？为什么前面用了be，后面的两个却直接用ing形式？

to be doing 有点按规律发生的含义(自己体会的哈)比如我说 i am to be sleeping before 9pm every day.

第2 个问题么,由于前两个是 than的比较形式,所以部全 to be doing, 最后几个是和 to be bracing 并列,为了简洁,省略了相同的(to be),直接写出ing.
