It's a risky plan. Your GPA is not going to put you in a good position, when you are up against other undergraduate applicants. Lack of full-time experience is not going to help, when you are up against other applicants with work experience. Without knowing your test scores and extracurricular activities, it's hard to assess your overall application. Why not stick with the company, if it goes well, for a few years after you graduate from college? If the company doesn't work out, it'll be difficult to use it as your main leverage in the application anyway. |
