Is it paper test? I think the fastest way is: take ETS' phone service to check score (please refer to www.toefl.org for the earlist day you can check your score); then e-mail your target schools to report your score. Thus, even ETS hasn't sent your score report, you still are able to catch schools' deadline by reporting by yourself.
