[求助]选择哪个工作offer,对以后申mba更有利？

帮朋友请教一下各位牛牛。她目前情况是，本科应届毕业，有两个工作的offer在考虑中：

1、四大的一个二线城市分所，审计

2、联合利华的财务Management Trainee，工作地点上海

她想工作几年后申美国商学院MBA，希望进排名比较高的，那么现在选择哪个offer可能对以后申请更有利呢？

请大家给点建议！谢谢！

I KNOW SEVERAL MT IN UNILEVER IN 2000/2001 WHO WENT TO STANFORD/MIT BUSINESS SCHOOL. SHOULD BE MORE COMPETITIVE THAN BIG 4 IF WE TALK ABOUT APPLICATION TO SCHOOL.

2，四大的人太多了，此外，上海本身也更有优势，人生不应该仅仅是为了MBA，你的朋友真的在为这个选择犹豫么？

Well, sand18. Congratulations to you first. Both offers are good.

Instead of giving you suggestion based on our intuition, I suggest you list down the +&- of the two offers first. Below please find some of my thoughts about your offers:

In terms of location, Shanghai is for sure a better choice, but I dont think you will need to spend long time in a second-tier city if you choose big 4.

In terms of professional experience, I think big 4 is a better choice if finance was your major and will be your focus along your career. Lever's strength is Marketing. However, the story will be different if you have a chance to be rotated to Marketing. According to my understanding about lever, it's possible but not very easy.

So my gut feeling is that there's no significant difference between the 2 offers. You may try to dig out more information before making final decision. Good luck!
