有个疑惑，也算是对于issue写作总体的疑问：题目提到的每一句话都要分析么，比如这道题中property和money是否一定要提到？范文反正是有说。。

The approach to education is much broader now than ever and the number of Bachelors and Masters within the country rasises sharply. Some start to argue that education now provides most individual opportunities and is the factor most ensuring success in life. Nevertheless, I find this view not that accurate.
Education does play an important role in delivering knowledge to people, while the knowledge is always quite basic. Many people have the opportunity to get things further explored in college, but still, what is taught in college istheoreticaland sometimes not applicable to the practice. In fact, as a business major, I have come to realize that lessons seem hard not because they are hard, but because we students can hardly decide which part is more important on account of our lack of practical experience. Our teachers also keep reminding us not to depend too much on the books since conditions in real work can vary a lot. Consequently, whether education is the most important for success becomes doubtful.
On the other hand, all the time people are informed that other things like leadership and determination are needed for success. And the best way to get those qualities is to become experienced. Here is a common example to justify this. In a job seeking, an applicant will find his or her competance depends much less on the degree than on what the employee will get about the applicant’s qualities and internship experience from his or her resume.
Some may continue to argue that if people do not get educated, they won‘t be able to handle professional issues. But considering that Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard as a sophomore and that he is now the model of success around the world, this argument isn’t persuaive. Moreover, the world we live in is changing everyday. Once people generate ideas that are absolutely new in this period, the traditional education may act as a deterrent and prohibit those people from succeeding.
In general, education is an element of success. However, as our world is more open to new things, education is gradually giving way to good personalities and rich experience in determining one’ success. There are lots of Cases in which people succeed without a degree or even without ever going to school, but it’s hard to find a winner who is well educated but never has any experience. While it’s still hard to tell which element most ensures success, education can be out of our list.
