But since the population is getting greater day in and day out, the price of a house will surely increased like sky-rocket. For instance, my family purchased a house 8 years ago at the cost of one thousand eight hundred Yuan per square meter, and now the price is eight thousand five hundred Yuan per square meter, about four times higher than the original price. And if we sold it now will be making a large sum of money.
Although some people will choose to purchase a business instead of a house for it will make more money and ensure them a better life, they ignore the possibility that they will fail sometime.
