RPI was reputable for its technological entrepreneurship program. Since the new director of the PhD program on board, he has shifted the program's interests to finance. This year Lally received around 30 applications and was going to admit 5 to 6 among them. The graduate placement is very good, such as NYU, U of Washington, U of Mass, and UIC. The campus and Troy are quiet, appropriate for students to study, although the life there is kinda boring.
