关于比较对象对称的问题

好像语法中一大半有关于对称的问题，包括比较对象要对称，可是我觉得下面这个题目比较对象好像不对称呢！？

这个选项中，比较对象应该是the rural migrant workers  contrast the urbal working poor. 这两个难道对称吗。有哪位好心人指导一下！感激不尽！

不能选A是不是因为assessing和后面的主语“the question”不一致啊

不选A是因为assessing 和 the question 不对称，主语应该是人。

你觉得比较形式省略了，那省略掉的是什么亚，可否帮我补充一下！
