According to school's website, UCLA will make decisions by March 29th

Anyone hears from UCLA ??

me neither. I even did not get invited to interview. hehe.. I am thinking of calling the admissions office.

I'm guessing when they said "by" March 29th, it means "on" March 29th

Hi,

I wrote to the admissions office inquiring about when the decisions will be released. Here is the response from one of the associate directors. I hope this information is helpful.

"Decisions are still being made and we are still arranging interviews.

We will not be able to interview everyone and may end up placing a few candidates on the W/L so we can arrange interviews

in April.

I know it is difficult but please try to be patient."

Actually, some offers have been released to R2 applicants. My experience tells me that if you don't get an offer by March 29th, you are probably waitlisted or dinged. However, my experience might be wrong.

Round 2 applicant, received interview invitation last week, then finished the alumni interview this Monday.

I'm R2 as well, did alum interview this Tue. Mar 29 is the decision deadline so whatever the decision is, we should get something by then.
