答案是e
书中解释说，believe的正确用法是加that从句，believe sth. to be ; believe sth.
按此解释，我的想法是，将one还原到从句中，那么
A they believe one is---成为句子，但无连词，错
B they believe one it to be ---believe sth sth ，错
C they believe one it is of----同上，错
D they believe one is---成为句子，错
E they believe one to be of---正确

和书上解释的，c选项，that it is of作为believe 的宾语，就意味着they believe that it is of 不能作为定语从句修饰one，因俄日believe后面只能跟一个宾语，believe sth+that从句永远错

我不是很能理解书上的解释。我想请教，从句中将that指代词还原会从句看正确与否对吗？
我的思路有问题嘛？

我觉得解释的意思是,
believe 后面只能跟一个宾语 sth or 直接加上that 从句.
c 中 believe 后面 one 是一个宾语, (that) it's of 是一个宾语从句,等同于believe sth (that) it is of. 两个宾语违反believe用法,所以错.
