想問一句，INSEAD评估申请人的工作经验时，会否看报名人有沒有管理经验？如果完全沒有任何管理经验，那申请会否大打折扣？

不知道楼主那四年的工作內容是啥？可以分享一下吗？在国內或是国外？是中国的或是外国企业？

I dont think it will matter a lot if you did not or do not have much managerial experience. What they care is if you have leadership potential.

I dont lead people now but still got admitted. So dont worry too much lah.
