我的问题：查了网上，前一题解释economy是不能够说that they are unable to be distinguished的，要说be indistinguishable
后题解释weather是不能说 are not foreseeable，要说 cannot be foreseen 。。。

这两个的解释是反的啊。。。有什么道理么。。。太诡异了啊。。。

或者教教我第一题应该怎么排除C啊。。。。。。。。

这一题中的C选项be unable to be done 错误，能力天生主动，不能用被动形式，所有的unable/able to be done 和be capable to be done 等表示被动的形式均错，不能解释为“有能力被怎么样”。

这道题我觉得could/can应该不能随便改成be 动词吧，而且D选项中的that be 结构不简洁，应该删掉

另外，can 和be able to do 是有区别的.can 可以解释为“能够”，也可以解释为“可以”，但是be able to do 只有“能做某事”的意思。
