最近正在复习作文，边复习边把自己想到的一些话翻译了出来，请大家帮忙指正一下，感觉翻译的有点儿中国英语化。谢啦！

The reason is not far to see from the example of that the languages of Windows, an operation system produced by Microsoft, vary from country to country.

？这里的example后面是否可以直接接个that同位语从句，不用介词“of”？

几个句法怎么说？这么说对不对？有没有更好的翻译方法？
1、这个论点表面上看似乎合理，但仔细权衡以后，会发现它的荒谬之处。
On the surface of it, this argument seems sound, but when weighing it thoroughly in the mind, we would find its absurdity.

2、
一个可以预料的反对是说，允许员工任意设计他们的工作环境会导致不良的后果，比如影响其它员工的工作情绪或者公司的集体形象。我认为，只要制定合适的制度，就可以避免这个不良结果。比如，有专人负责检查员工的工作环境，不允许不健康的，过于凌乱和不卫生的，或者过于奇怪的装饰，那是不允许的。
Some might argue that permitting employees to arrange their workplace as their own wills will lead to detrimental results such as affecting other employees’ mood, or impairing the collective image of companies. I think, such results can be to large extent avoided as long as suitable regulations are instituted. For example, companies can have certain employee check the physical environment and prohibit those designs which are in disorder, unhealthful, or excessively eccentric.

答：不用介词“of”！用了是语法错误。还有啊，这句写的怪怪的，建议使用：

The reason is obvious. For example, the languages of Windows, an operation system produced by Microsoft, vary from country to country.

答：This argument seems reasonable at first sight. But on some careful thoughts, it really does not make much sense.

2、
一个可以预料的反对是说，允许员工任意设计他们的工作环境会导致不良的后果，比如影响其它员工的工作情绪或者公司的集体形象。我认为，只要制定合适的制度，就可以避免这个不良结果。比如，有专人负责检查员工的工作环境，不允许不健康的，过于凌乱和不卫生的，或者过于奇怪的装饰，那是不允许的。

答：An expected objection is that it may cause trouble to allow the employees to arrange their workplace freely. In other words, it could have negative effects on other employees and/or the overall image of the company. Personally, I think this can be avoided by a properly-designed system. For example, we can have someone in particular charge of the workplace. Anything unhealthy, messy, or insanitary is simply not allowed.

还有几个翻译，请Taurus和大家帮我看看。

1/不论支持的观点还是反对的观点都有他们各自存在的意义。
Both the approval view and the disapproval one have their own merits.

Some traditional conventions still exist, such as respecting the old. For example, in our country, in the wedding ceremony groom and bride usually bow toward their parents and敬酒 to express their appreciation for the bearing of their parents.

嗯，T不背诵什么。说不好，T蛮幸运的，语感比较好。听人家说说，自己就能顺下来。

嘻嘻，在外面也呆了2年了，顺的差不多了，哈哈~~

不过，背诵绝对是有好处的。熟读唐诗三百首，不会吟来也会溜（liu,3）。

Current education may not focus on homogeneity. But it does not mean that it has nothing to do with what is common among all human societies. Nevertheless, that is not saying we have to base our education on the commons instead of diversities, either.

Some traditional manners, such as to respect the old, still prevail. In our country, when a couple gets married, they bow and toast to their parents, to express their sincere gratefulness.

注意，上面提供的翻译，traditional conventions是不妥当的。convention本身就有traditional的意味，因此，有意思重复之嫌。

You're welcome, Betterman. Actually, everybody has his sense of language. It's just a matter of time. As T said above, recital is important as to help recover your sense of language. Keep practicing, and you'll notice your progress soon.

You're right. In principle, it should be "such as doing". However, nowadays, especially in oral Engligh, the difference between the two has been less. But again, you should use the "doing" form, just to play it safe.

I didn't look at the translation you offered before I translated it. After that, I saw the "such as respecting", but I didn't bother to correct it.

BTW, I have good feeling for music.
