[求助]how to download?

When I download the software with flashget, it can not work.

When I download with windows, the speed is 1.5kb/sec.

Oh! It's so terrible!Please help me. 

这个也许下载的人太多了，所以慢。

不知道训雷能下么，我觉得迅雷挺好用的
