answer is (E).
My question is what different is when we use it (C) and one (E).
My friend told me that it can replace "a probem of perception" or "that of artificial", so it would make ambiguous. However, why we can use "one" to replace only "a problem of perception" not "that of artificial vision"??
By the way, why when i type chinese traditional words but they can't be showed in the website ,and how can i solve this problem??

C) similar to it has proved easier to solve
"similar to" cannnot be followed by a sentence. So C is wrong..
