LBS essay 4

Question 4: Student involvement is an extremely important part of the London MBA experience and this is reflected in the character of students on campus. What type of student club or campus community event do you envisage yourself leading? How would you set about becoming involved in a leadership position and how would you align and communicate the goals and vision for the club to the wider School community? (400 words)

pls advise if any clubs related to Chinese Society, Asian Club, Hong Kong Club... ???

you can find the information on school website, there is definitely a club called China interest club, maybe you could write about your future involvement in it. Good luck!

Hi Icecream_mba,

LBS have two China-related student clubs, China interested group and Asia group. the latter one has a lot Taiwan members inside. Because Indian students have their own India club, so the Asia group is also very much about china.

My suggestion is to "Think On The School's Side". What does the school care most? They care students' understanding about Chinese culture or even Chinese food, but what's more? Maybe career opportunities in China. If your insights about some specific industries in China, why donot you contact those industry clubs. You are advised to contact their club members and match your resources with their requirements.

Be creative!
