OG 的说法: .... in each of these options, they has no referent, since officers is a possessive modifier of fees...

就是说, 如果用officers' fees 的话, 后面的 they manage 里面的they就找不到指代的对象了.

另外,go中还提到c的Choices A and C include the awkward phrase
                based on how the funds they manage perform.

是不是base on 后面不能跟复杂的形式啊~和despite一样呢???
