一道白勇语法题

我不知道这道题在不在og里，是第几道题，只知道是白勇语法书上的，所以只能这么写，不好意思

他给的答案是B,但我觉得是d，他解释some 和another 搭配错误，可是我觉得在d里面，应该是这些诉讼人，相比另外一个status来说，都有一个更偏爱的status，而another 不是和some来搭配，不知道我说得对不对？ 请指教

the courts,  in theory are available to all but in fact are unequally distributed between  我觉得后面的半部分没有办法解释，所以B正确的。which 修饰the courts,可以解释通

今天刚刚看过这道题，这是大全987-462（SEC13-2），LZ可以查一下讨论贴。

偶当时也选了D，但最后还是觉得B对。

原因：preferred在这里是形容词，不是动词。如果是按LZ说的那样理解，应该是prefer(verb.) one status to another吧，one，another是对的，没有听过a, another的用法。

另外，原文的unequally还是不改为not equally的好吧，虽然这儿不是很要紧。

bolodong的排除办法我同意。

可是我就是想不明白，请问wei_wangyang，如果按照b的说法，some 和 others对应的话，表达的是什么意思呢？

我理解的大概意思是这样子的：在利用公共资源（如法院）上，一些诉讼当事人比其它当事人有优先地位。

看一下关于courts的定语从句也可以体会一下其中的意思，理论上courts是对所有人都available的，但事实上在贫富之间是不平等的（rich and poor/some and others）。

被我弄得像逻辑一样，不知道说清楚没有。

另外有一点 are unequally没有are not equally好，后者更加强调两者之间的差异

of couse, D is incorrect.   D's sturcture is   sentence 1, sentence 2, which is wrong, wrong, wrong!

不同意楼上的，D的结构是 句子，插入语，从句...public resource, the courts(插入语),  （which）in theory are available

由于public resource是宾语，因此which可以省略
