答案是E。

但是我还是不能完全明白D和E的区别。
D：Corporations pay as much to full-time employees as (what) is paid to part-time employees.
E: Corporations pay as much to full-time employees as (what) they pay to part-time employees.
我总觉得两个都对哩。请指教。多谢！

2。我没有看前面的讨论（宿舍快要关门了，急着回，不好意思）
      我个人的看法是：比较问题可以转化为两个句子来看，可以看清省略问题
      化为两个句子只为了看清省略，不在乎意思的改变
      Most Corporations pay （money) to full-time employees
（they)Most Corporations pay （money) to part-time employees
      如此，答案就是E

      如果答案是D，化为两个句子
      Most Corporations pay （money) to full-time employees
      （money)  is paid to full-time employees
      明显不平行

      不知道说清楚了没有，这个是我自己的理解方法，参考一下
