250。if u can, access to the usnews.com, you can check most of the university's Toefl average score. the highest level requirement is just 250, but some super one holds a 655 average(MIT). normally getting a score above your target universtiy's average 20-30 points in PBT is enough le.
by the way, don't worry the point stuff very much.
overload for you is not good for perparing the test.
