这道题想来想去都不明白，为什么是d呢？

我觉得是是d ,  如果是a 的话，那主语就重复了呀，不懂！
53. A few species of mushrooms cause death

         when eaten
为什么会选d?,我做的时候根本就没有考虑d
请语法好一点来帮帮我，谢谢

1. 通常说明两者在某方面不同，又在一个句子里分两个分句叙述，用while表示转折的语气。

2. in mammals 是介词词组，所以要有主语。

３.其它选项不能表达意思，而when从句是可以省略表达的。就是when+p.p
