觉得答案应该是D，B中的appeal觉得应该理解为吸引力，后面的call into question也是不对的，but后面只是陈述了一个事实，它支持高科技很快就会被超过。觉得D合适

文章以But为界，分为两块。

第一块是charge the greatest price

第二块是charge less than the greatest possible price.

第二块与第一块的观点不同。所以用了call into question

再好好想想，觉得D的前半句好像是对的，错的话在后半句，后半句说的是这个strategy会带来的效果，与strategy的原因是没有关系的，谢谢斑斑提示～～
