这个题大全选的是d，但是菜鸟我认为d中they是指代A majority of the international journalists 啊，而且即使说they不能知道前面那个A majority ，假设认为是单数，d中的will be or could be 很累赘啊，所以我觉得e好啊，请指点。

第一题：ABC是明显错的，they指代不清，倒是DE有点难辨别。我认为E选项would后面是少了个BE，所以没有D好；

第二题：1972年东西，肯定用过去时，首先排除CE，减少不能减少过去的，只能减少这个协议之后的，因此AB错，选D

第三题：同二
