这个划线部分是修饰local times的啊。你觉得有问题吗？

[排除罗嗦这个原因，B后面用的differed也不对啊。
local times应该用differ，不应该用过去式的

E分词短语作定语修饰local times，比定语从句简洁，优先选择。
