Is it possible that I could admitted by top 20 MBA school

I got my BS degree in chemical engineering from a school rank
70th in US two years ago. Before that, I worked in an insurance company for
about 4.5 years in Hong Kong. I did not work
after I got my BS. I also study one year Phd program in chemistry, now I quit. My GMAT score is 720. Total undergraduate GPA 3.5. last 60 hours
undergraduate GPA 3.17. Please give your advices, is that possible that I could
admitted by top 20 MBA school? Thanks.

We can say yes or no or anything, really, but none of us work at the admissions... You won't know until you try. It's mostly about your "potential" so it's up to you to present yourself in the best light and convince them that you're worthy of their investment.
