发现那些表格还是件很麻烦的事情，竟然有很多问题都不是很确定。

1. 填写empolyee的 industry 和 function 的时候，他们提供选现，但是没有看到engineering design or consulting的，那么该到底填什么东西？本人是civil engineering design.

2. number of supervised, 因为人数有项目决定，有时候0，有时候4，那么到底应该填写多少？

3. activities中间有两项不是很明白：

Office Held: ???

Elected or Appointed to Office:???

1. Use your best judgement.  It might not be that specific.

2. Can you say 0-4 and then explain?

3. They want to know if you had a special leadership title, for example "social chair of x" or "treasurer of y".  Elected means there was a voting process of some sort.  Appointed means someone gave you that job.
