sign，本来以为这方面的语法点弄得挺清楚的，没有想到还是很不清楚......

如果修饰funds的话，funds后面的逗号应该去掉。

不过个人认为这个还是A好一点，with短语句末做独立主格或者修饰谓语，to短语修饰intention。

C里面intended这样修饰我总觉得别扭。还不如把intended去掉，只保留to

我觉得如果去掉插入语often in the form of mutual funds。句子则变为

Asset allocators create portfolios with the intention to turn in good results in both “bull” and “bear” markets.

那么这就是一个造成了歧义的句子，因为with...可以修饰portfolios，又可以修饰Asset allocators。不知道这样想对不对?
