C,介词词组的修饰位置不好

E,being和虚拟不好．

a 的搭配是对的，prohibit  from doing/sth.你去查查，我查过

我没有查到prohibit sth from sth,只有 prohibit sth from doing，　sth is prohibited from doing.

更重要的是逻辑关系：上面两例中 sth是　doing的逻辑主语．

若 sth(A) is prohibited from sth(B)争取，如 本题 a, 则sth(A)应该是sth(B)的逻辑主语，则chemical就是sale的逻辑主语？

directive that的確是subjunctive 子句

我說不上來但覺得C念起來滿順的, D)prohibiting that不選, E)that後應用原形動詞,不選  A)被動,謂語好遠  B)wordy,兩個that, 不選.  C)整句都是形容詞,修飾主語置前,主語的修飾置後,簡潔, ....但不確定的是prohibiting the sale 是否可以, 但依照"prohibit+N 用在法規, 禁令. ", 這裡應該是沒問題.
