2 是 with 用在这我觉得让人有很多想法，比如修饰下前面的名词， 伴随下主句等了

至于should 好象记得有人说美式英语里order that 要省略should  英式的可以不省

E 中的be 动词省略是因为和前面的be 动词的功能一样吧
