我觉得更多的应该从逻辑意思上理解，而不是从词性理解。这里明显的逻辑意思是指power是both chips and devices.供参考。

赞成行缘说的从逻辑意思上考虑.所以觉得BY说的太绝对了. 那么是不是说那个both and不能当作一个公理来推广? 有没有哪位给明确一下.  我是不是有点认死理啊? 不过我一向认为题不在多在精. 你想, 如果那个可以作为公理的话, 今后做题时可以扫倒一大片呢. 所以还是想搞清楚. 期盼中.....

我觉得不能当公理，但是在主谓一致，平行，时态等大的绝对性错误之后可以考虑这个吧，
