为何？seem to have done错？还是上下文的逻辑？

这还关键！seem to have done一定错啊~

seem的用法里有这个吗？

个人看法，seem to have是存在的   

在seem的用法里面，有seem to的用法，seem后跟不定式（短语）时，要注意不定式所表示动作发生的时间，以此来确定不定式的时态。
其中的一个例句可以看到，I seem to have caught  a cold

从这句话分析可以看出，是某人说：我貌似已经感冒了，说话的时候已经感冒并且一直存在了

上面的正确答案，咖啡因似乎对SJ没有产生影响，是一个简单的陈述，这里如果用现在完成是，就会变成作者写这句话的时候咖啡因都对SJ没有影响。这个从中文上看也是不太顺的。

我觉得seem to have done表示看起来已经做了，而did not seem to have done 表示看起来还没做，有时间的延续感

     而seem to do 表示事件看起来发生， did not seem to do 表示看起来没有发生，只有强调事件本身，而不强调延续
