我看不懂E的意思，一句话里有两个谓语，is和HAS 对吗？或它们是另的成分？请指教！谢谢！

E中That the supply of oil is finite 是主语从句，整个做主语。has become 做谓语。

弱弱的请问一下，有That从句当开头主语这样的说法吗？我只记得只有what可以，我知道这题不可能用what来当主词，所以困惑中选了别的

that引导主语从句，可以做主语。但这个是不是ETS的优选结构就不知道了，此题也没有别的正确的了，E算是个correct but not effective选择吧
