D/E are all prepositions and -ing is a part of this word not a symbol of participle.But any difference between D and E?

I vote for D; however,   I'm not sure how come E is not right.   if you read this sentence again, you might feel D sounds better.

觉得sc中的句子不能跟任何其他地方的句子作比较,其他地方可以用的,有时候sc中就觉得不对

我觉得SC中不倾向与用 regarding,conerning和with respect to 应该用over或者about来表示关于的意思.
