HR PhD offer from Michigan State University, stipend of $25,000/year plus full tuition waiver

OBHR PhD offer from University of Pittsburgh, stipend of 21,000/year plus full tuition waiver

PhD application rejected by Cornell University, UIUC, University of Toronto, Harvard University

Waiting list: Arizona State University, University of Minnesota

My background (undergraduate):

Overall GPA: 3.4/4 Major GPA: 3.8/4 Ranking: 2nd out of 112

GMAT: 710+4.5 TOEFL: 610+4.5

Work Experience: 4 years in World Top 10 Enterprise (engaging in HR field)

Paper: 2 professional papers in HR field (2003, 2005)

I want to thank all you here for all kinds of helpful information.

And especially, I want to thank kevinleihuang for your great suggestions on my former long and boring research proposal and essays as well. Thank you so so so so much!!!

Were your two published papers written in English? How did you know you had been rejected by U Toronto and Harvard?
