我总觉得后半句话“，lower than that of the most impoverished countries of the world.”结构不完整。这部分在整个句子中做什么成分？？

它说E唠叨的，总比B结构不完整好吧？

OG答案没说E是错的

但我觉的E有问题

用it is做形式主语用来和income of $111形成对称的比较关系虽然是正确的选择

但是it is后面没有没有真正的主语，也就是说it is原本应该只是用来改变than后面原先应该有的句子的重心，才使用的这样的形式主语，但是it is不能代替真正的主语，it is the most impoverished countries of the world没有真正的主语。而应该用that of + 分词+名词短语 代替 it is

所以E有问题

B和C之间C明显不对，and+句子没有主语，，然后选的B

但是对于B这样的结构，不知道语法上该怎么解释修饰的关系，难道真如上面MM所说是形容词短语后至做定语，但定语修饰关系一定是就近原则吗？为什么可以省去which呢？

关于B我觉得只能说是相对不错的选项，应该是形容词短语之后作定语（有人说是同位语），修饰紧前名词，只是觉得其中的that似乎应该用those，因为后面是多个国家的income。

但关于E（应为：which is lower than it is in)我觉得其中的it应该是指代annual per capita income,但既然是不同地区的income,而不是同一个income，那么就不能用it，而应该用that（参见下例），而且由于是多个国家的income，我觉得应该用those。对此选项og居然说make the correct comparison，but the construction is needlessly wordy.

此外，为什么d、e不行？用从句不是更加清楚么？如果不用从句，lower than的短语不就是修饰主语了么？
