Alternative courses comparable to MBA

I will apply MBA for 07 entry this coming Sept. 

I favour to study for MBA. However, it is really competitive to get into some top schools. I would like to ask for any alternative courses that are comparable with MBA that offered by US top universities.

With less competition compared to MBA, the chance of getting into famous univesities increases.

E.g. MSc in Management, MSc in Business, something like that offered by Top University, say Top 10 US schools

Are there any such courses?

Suddenly have this kind of thought after reading some posts from CD.

Please advise !
