我认为：平行结构要从结构和逻辑意思上两个方面下手，所谓结构就是说要尽量找一个结构对称的较好的选项。所谓逻辑意思就是指比较的对象必须具有可不性
比如这道题：先看一下结构就可以排除A、B、E，这三个选项都是for doing sth...for sth的结构这个比较对象是不对等的。最后剩下C、D这两个选项完全可以通过代词的指代来排除D。
顺便在看一下逻辑意思：结构和强度才能和路径速度进行比较，而不能是测量storm的结构和强度来和storm路径和速度进行比较，对不？
C的结构：n1, not n2很好的结构。

谢谢MM的帮助。可是，你所说的是在平行的一般情况可以这样用，如果出现了省略了呢？能根据结构的不对称就排除吗？记得OG中的一题：

218. Despite protests from some waste-disposal companies, state health officials have ordered that the levels of bacteria in seawater at popular beaches be measured and (that) the results the levels of bacteria in seawater at popular beaches (be) published

如果根据形式对称来排除，会出错的。

这题其实是考到平行的省略问题。MM能讲讲吗？平行在省略时，如何判断，是对还是错？谢谢。

平行结构的问题中是涉及到省略的问题，但是我想对于我来讲，想一下子就看出平行中的省略是很困难的。除非你能第一遍读就可以通过句子要表达出来的意思把比较双方抓出来。所以我的做法是：先用形式排除绝对错误的选项，然后结合逻辑意思来比较剩下的选项，最后选出最佳的选项。
需要注意的是：我不认为形式就是绝对的，但是至少它可以帮我们排除一些选项，缩小范围，而能够所小范围对于考试来讲确实很重要的。

看到E之后，姐姐会不会马上排除呢，我不会，因为其他的几个太明显的形式不对衬，而E不一定就不对，因为第二个that可以省略，并且be的省略我们见得也很多，结合逻辑意思E没什么大问题。就选E好了
语法绝对是个择优的选项。

而且不是什么都可省略的，回到这道题上来for doing and for n不能就说省掉了doing 而保留了for吧！！姐姐见过吗？如果是这样的话，什么都可以随便省略的话，我们以前所有关于平行结构的理解是不是都应该被推翻了呢。我想不能因为特例扰乱思路，考场上思维清晰是很重要的.
