14 C 的表达：appear on the surface of the sun..although never sighted at... OG表示说这里although是引导从句

暂时忽略although
换个语序： sunspots (never sighted at the Sun's poles or equator )appear on the surface of the sun as dark spots.
这样看,它就是个过去分词做定语.... 但是C选项把它凹得像个从句一样

真做定语忽略别的问题：Sunspots, although never sighted at the sun's poles, appear on the surface of the sun as dark spots.. 这样就清楚了..

35..although growing slowly就很清楚..modify“economy”

根据上述2题，关于although的状语从句省略，GMAC的思维是这样的：在符合语法规则的前提下，although在紧跟主句主语后面时候，此时可以省略！远离主句主语时最好不用该语法规则！

具体如何解释上述2题矛盾之处，还盼更多NN解答！！

“1、although一般应该+主谓结构，并且和主句用，号隔开；
2、状语从句的省略结构
although + adj短语/-ing分词短语/-ed分词短语，这种情况下逻辑主语是主句主语；”
