actually ,I am applying the same program at this school.I share a email response from buffalo with u,hopefully it is helpful.

In regards to your questions below, we do not have any minimum or
requirement on GPA or test scores.  We inform applicants what the
average
student's scores are so you have an idea of what the admissions
committee
has accepted in the past.  Our MS MIS students came in with a GPA
average of
3.15, which is around a B/B+ average.

You have the option of either taking the GMAT or GRE.  But either score
is
required.  We strongly encourage applicants to apply as soon as
possible,
even if that does mean we are waiting on test scores.  It is more
efficient
for our office to match a tests score with an already established
application.
