those who wanted 是不是會比較好

很多og都是用those who一塊

而wanted可以代表過去的事件....

我觉得现在分词是不对的，今天看的OG解释里面都是在说现在分词是表示一个持续的动作。而这个want 和oppose不可能持续到现在。这两个动作都是已经完成的动作。

我这样说对吗？？？

wanting can be an adjective, too and the meaning of those wanting to... may be different from that of those who wanted... ; thus, those who wanted... beats those wanting to....

those who wanted... wins!

不过我还是不知道区别在哪里，我知道wanted好，可是为什么意思上不同呢？请再指点一下。
