我申请的学校要求我额外做一个marketing task，要求是You should write a case report, which should be in the form of a management document written for the Marketing Manager of Southwest Airlines.  It should set out what problems the organisation is facing, and what the organisation should do about them with cogent arguments supporting the latter.
