这题选C，我也明白为什么，我就是不明白了the united states原来在句子里做主语，放到C选项里面就改成状语了，这不是很明显的改变句子中心吗，改变原句意思么？难道这不算错吗？

还是和不平行比起来，这个错误不算什么？？

原句：the united states uses... ,应该是in the united states uses, 与In Britain 对应， the united states 自己不会去use...，逻辑上不通。
