UIC要求提交申请材料的时候，一并提交存款证明，否则就不审阅我的申请材料：
11) Bank statement showing savings account amount and signed by bank official
12) Notarized "Declaration and Certification of Finances" form (printable version available online at http://www.uic.edu/depts/oar/forms/finchnge.pdf.
* Notarized means that the document must be stamped and signed by a notary public.
最近实在抽不出时间去公证。想请教申请过UIC的前辈们：在申请阶段，未经公证的表寄过去会延误学校审阅我材料的时间吗？
还有就是学校要求$39,000 存款证明，在申请阶段，我只开2万多美刀过去会延误学校审阅我材料的时间吗？
