这题好像给的答案是C。前两天在CD上，一个朋友拿出来讨论的题。

E中的and scientists后似乎和前面完全隔开廖，逻辑意思似乎有点风马牛不相干的感觉。

我当初选A。measurements 在此应该是测量结果的意思。
